What characteristics and qualities do you see in the people at your internship that you'd like to develop in yourself? Some of these qualities and characteristics could be creativity, empathy, risk-taking, ambitiousness, honesty, fairness, and so on. there are so many qualities and characteristics that people could have, so look around and think of a few good ones that you see in the people you work with.
I think that I have learned many characteristics and have seen so many so not good and some good. The one that I have seen the most and that I think are very cool are Tim’s and Rebecca’s they are always happy it seems like and they are always so polite they use there manners very well. The other characteristic that have truly seen and like is Katherine’s joyfulness. Even when she is not joyful she just keeps it real 100%. I think that every body that works at the YMCA has a lot of honest. Which I really like because there honesty lets then communicate very well because then they tell the truth.
