Tim Macedo, the Sports Director at the South Bay Family YMCA. Tim is a very chill man, takes his work very seriously at the YMCA. He is about 5’6 light black hair, and always wore pants with a Hawaiian shirts most of the days. He has his own office in a bungalow. His desk is very messy its full of jerseys and rosters. It’s a hard demanding work he has to take care of (number) of kids rosters, applications, and coaches. Tim has only been a Sports Director for a year and a half at the YMCA, before that he was Peace officer.
I had so much fun work with him he taught me so much about being a director. It was great because I was able to talk to him like he was just some friend. He listened to me and didn’t make me do something that I didn’t know how to do which was even better.
Where did you go to college?
Well I went to Junior College at Merced and Modesto Junior Colleges and then for my AA degree I got a BA Cal State Stanislaus up in teralot, then a master’s degree from National University.
What was your experience like?
Once I got to Cal State Stanislaus it was and I figured out what it I wanted to do I, it was exciting. I really enjoyed that part of the college.
What did you major as?
Sociology with a policing option I worked as a peace officer with animal parks and state parks for about fifteen years before I…
And that was you first job?
Well it was not my first job but it was my first permanent type job.
What was the most important thing you learned at that job?
Really how to deal with people. It’s a little different well you do you some of the things and techniques as a sports director as your constantly dealing with people I could be people who are need to ask questions who are out of rate, some who might be injured its many just how you are dealing with people
What would you suggest me to be goo in the future like college and University?
It’s a hard, my self I was not ready for college I didn’t take the right classes in high school that would have prepared me for college. So again one would be taken A.P. course or your classes at high tech high and try to get as much experience as you can before hand so you can have a idea of what is it that you want to pursue and just focus on that I just went to school to go to school for the first couple of years. I know that I had to get a education but I really didn’t know what it is that I really wanted to do.
How long have you been a Sports Director? Do you like it?
About a year. Some days and there’s others where its very challenging.
If you where about to something else what would you do?
I did some teaching at the college level I enjoyed that, maybe go into home land security. Do that type of work but with my injury I can work in the law enforcement. But I still enjoy the excitement
How did your parents feel?
I retreat about ten years ago. I have done some teaching and some part time jobs taking care of my wife because she was in real estate, and I kinda took care of my kids but once the real estate industry went in the tank she went back to work for the state and it was time for me to get a foal time job.

umm you should write about an experience that you had while you were there and working with him. that would probably give the reader an understanding of what his character and personality is like. Some of your first sentences arent really in sentence form.. so if you change that a little it should be perfect. also i think we need a title or subtitle also so maybe think about doing something with that as well.
